Morton Plant North Bay Hospital is West Pasco County’s only not-for-profit community hospital and has 120 acute care beds. Nationally recognized for health care excellence, we've achieved Primary Stroke Center recertification by The Joint Commission, meaning our stroke care protocols meet the standards of the country's best programs.
Since 1999, we have invested more than $100 million to expand and develop programs, services and technologies. Our commitment to improving the health of our community goes beyond the four walls of our new buildings; we have also expanded key services to provide the latest care for you and your family.
Morton Plant North Bay is the birthplace of West Pasco County health care. Today, our hospital has 120 acute care beds and our campus has nearly doubled. We have constructed and renovated much of our hospital recently to meet the growing needs of our community. But no matter how much we renovate and expand, now and in the future, what makes us special is how we care for you.
For more than 40 years, Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation has provided philanthropic support to the not-for-profit hospitals of Morton Plant Mease, including Morton Plant, Clearwater; Mease Dunedin; Mease Countryside, Safety Harbor and Morton Plant North Bay, New Port Richey.
